Ela Foundation is organizing an Indian Owl Festival, a first of its kind festival in India.
Dates – 29th and 30th November 2018
Time – 9 AM to 5 PM
You can contribute by giving your art forms related to the Owl such as Pictures, paintings, Greeting Cards, Posters, Origami, Book Marks, Stitched articles, Poems/Stories/Play, Rangoli, Sculptures etc. The dates for submission of Articles are from 25th October to 31st October 2018.
